News Just In – Mortgage Accessibility in the UK is at a three year high

After years of tough lending conditions for first time buyers we finally have some great news to share – mortgage availability has reached its highest point in three years!

According to Property Wire, the rate at which brokers are unable to source mortgages for home buyers has almost halved to 16%. This will come as welcome news to many after many potential buyers were left downcast following strict lending rules back in April 2014.

Combined with the latest revelation that 30% of mortgage brokers had no issue sourcing a mortgage for any client types this is sure to be fantastic news for those needing to borrow money for their mortgage.

And the good news keeps coming as due to improving lending conditions and a sign of the strengthening relationship between mortgage lenders and brokers, first time buyers can acquire a mortgage a lot easier. Get that champagne chilling!
